Is this the Roulette Holy Grail?

The Holy Grail Plus Roulette Betting System

We will bet on 24 numbers, either two dozens or two columns.  You can choose these two dozen numbers any way you want.

We will set and then reset goals.  With a $10 increment your goal could be $100, then $200, then $300, etc.  With a $5 increment I would probably go for $30, $60, $90 goals or $50, $100, $150 goals.

Win or lose your bet will increase by your increment on both dozens after every roll of the dice until you have hit your goal.  First Bet $10, second $20, third $30, etc.

Resetting the Bet

If winning will put you over your goal, reset your bet to hit your goal which is $50 or $30 over your previous session high.

Example:  Your current goal is $200,  after your last win you are up $160.  Your bet has risen to $100 on each dozen.  Adjust your bet down to $40 on each dozen.  If you win you will be up exactly $200 and will reset to $10.  If you lose you will continue with the regular progression and increase your bet by $10 (in this case to $50) on each of your dozens.

Table Limit Issues

This progression can have trouble with some table limits.  For instance on a  $10/$100 table where $10 is your minimum bet and $100 is your maximum bet you will hit the max bet after five losses ($50 x 2 dozens) with $10 increments.  This is not enough room to work.  If I was playing on a $10/$100 table I would lower my goal to $50 or $30 and use $5 as my bet increment. First Bet $10, second $15, third $20, etc.

I would still be uncomfortable with a $10 increment on a $10/$200 table.  If you don't hit your goal in ten spins you will bump into the Table Maximum.  I would look for a $10/$500 table or $25/$500 table to use the $10 increment.

Choosing What to Bet On

Options on choosing your two dozen or two columns.  You can choose the last two columns or dozens to have hit, choose the two dozen that did not hit on the last spin, or move both bets every spin.  My opinion is the last column or dozen landed on indicates nothing about what will happen on the next spin.  However check out my Home Run number article.
