My Favorite Strategies have changed through time.
d'Alembert +Three
One of my most favorite progressions is the d'Alembert plus three losses. On a $10/$200 table I will start with a $40 bet on an 18 number outside bet. . I will decrease my bet by $10 after a win and increase my bet by $10 on a loss. I will have at least a $300 to $500 bankroll for this. If I am up $80 to $100 I will walk.
Picking the bet will be done randomly. I may start with the 1/18 and move to the right on the next bet, or I may move left on wins and stay on the same bet if I win. I may move twice to the right and once to the left. Randomly picking your bet helps keep you from believing you know what will come up next.
Why Plus Three?
If you use d'Alembert and start with $10 and use a $10 increment you may win however the problem comes if you start off with three wins and then lose three times. So you win $10 +$10 +$10 and you are up $30 then you lose $10 and lose $20 and lose $30. Even though you have won as many as you have lost you (which is lucky) you are already down $30.
How Does d'Alembert +3 Win?
d'Alembert wins by you betting more when you win than when you lose (this is true with many systems). By decreasing your bets when you win you are preparing to lose on a smaller bet. By increasing your bets when you lose you are preparing to win on a larger bet.
d'Alembert wins when you lose/win, lose /win, lose, lose/win, win. Sometimes you will lose several bets with just a couple of wins. Let"s say you end up with a $90 bet and you lose/win a few times but you have only lost $20. You can reset back to a $40 bet . This prepares you to be able to handle another losing streak and helps protect your bankroll.
Always track where your bankroll is! Reset to $40 if you have worked up to a large bet but still have not lost much as there may have been a lot of win/lose chops on your way to a large bet.

Single Number Bet
First I will track the numbers that have been hitting. I will have my home run number be the number that has hit the most often. After I find my first number to have hit twice I will bet on that number until a number has hit three, four, five, etc times. I will always bet on the number that has hit the most times during my tracking.
I will bet $5 on my chosen number for twenty times. Then I will double my bet $10 for the next 10 spins. Then I will bet $15 for the next 5 spins I have lost $275 after 35 spins, I quit.

Different Betting Progressions
Martingale
I am not a fan of the classic doubling after every loss also known as Martingale. It can work however your bets get huge and over the after six to ten losses in a row.
d'Alembert #1
This is increasing your bet by a fixed number on every loss and decreasing your bet by that same number every time you lose.
d'Alembert #2
This is increasing your bet by a fixed number on every loss and decreasing your bet by that same number every time you lose. However your starting number will be the table minimum plus three to five of your increments. Usually the 50/50 bets are used.
Example: On a $10/$200 table using a $10 increment start at $50 or using a $5 incremnet start at $30.
d'Almebert #3
This is increasing your bet by a fixed number on every loss and decreasing your bet by half that same number every time you lose.
Example: On a $10/$200 table start with a $10 bet and increase your bet by $20 on a loss and decrease your bet by $10 on a win. Or start with a $10 bet and increase by $10 on a loss and decrease by $5 on a win. This is often used when you are betting on 24 numbers at a time.
Always Raising your Bet (ARB) Strategies
The first of these strategies is to increase your bet on every loss and keep the same bet on every win.
The next ARB Strategy is to raise your bet after each bet win or lose.
Strategies to Reset your Bet on ARB Strategies
New Session High Reset
You can reset as soon as you post a new session high or you can reset after you reach a new session high plus a goal of $50 or $30.
New Session High Plus your Goal Reset
*You can reset after each win so that if you win the next spin you will only be at session profit plus your goal. An example would be that your progression has you betting $110 on a 50/50 bet but if you win your goal is only $40 higher than your current position lower your bet to win $40.
Why are Negative Progressions Dominant?
A Negative Progression is one that increases on a loss and then either stays the same or decreases on a win. The advantage comes from when you lose one and then win one, lose one win one. The back and forth battle with a negative progression will always have your winning spin larger than your losing spin. The problem comes that when (not if) you get into a long losing streak you will accumulate a lot of losses and your bets become very large.
Oscar's Grind Positive Progression Bettting Strategy.
You maintain the same bet size after each loss. After each win you increase your bet by one unit if you are not at either your goal or the session high.
